Qi Gong

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is more than a physical practice, it is the union of mind, body and spirit, a path towards integral harmony, through postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama and relaxation).

Hatha yoga invites you to reconnect with your essence, cultivate inner calm, balance the two forces within you: activity and rest, strength and flexibility, body and mind.

It is a space to slow down and revitalize your well-being.

Sound Healing

Experience the healing magic of sound and vibration.

Tibetan and crystal bowls are more than instruments; they are portals to calm where each sound and vibration resonates deeply in your body, balancing your chakra energy centers.

These bowls or crystals create spaces of harmony and well-being, and can help improve concentration, restful sleep, balance energy, increase joy, and change the energy of a place.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that guides you towards a state of deep relaxation between wakefulness and sleep.

Through guided meditation techniques that allow you to disconnect from the outside world and immerse yourself in a space of peace and tranquility, the peaceful experience facilitates physical, mental and emotional regeneration.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga is a practice that does not need humor, jokes, or comedy!

It combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing exercises. Laughter reduces cortisol and fills you with endorphins, improves your physical health, elevates your mood, connects you with the joy of the present moment.

Laughter yoga is much more than laughing, it is an exercise for the soul, a natural medicine for the mind and an antidote to stress.

Soul Dance

Soul Dance is a practice, originally from Bulgaria, that fuses movement, music and spirituality to harmonize body, mind and spirit.

With it we balance the forces of the mind, heart and will, promoting the enjoyment of plenitude and well-being.

It also facilitates communion with nature, with yourself and with others. It is suitable for all ages and does not require previous knowledge.

Ageless Grace

Ageless Grace is a brain and body fitness program based on the science of neuroplasticity.

Consisting of 21 simple exercise tools, designed for all ages and even for people who are in wheelchairs, these exercises are based on simple everyday movements and focus on healthy longevity.

The exercises are designed to be performed while sitting in a chair.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a subtle adaptation of the asanas (postures) practiced in Hatha Yoga and can be done sitting or with some standing postures but always using the support chair.

This class is accessible to all levels and appropriate for seniors or those with mobility issues.

The benefits of Chair Yoga are comparable to Hatha Yoga, with improved strength and balance, while calming stress and promoting a deep sense of peace.

  • Most classes are suitable for all ages, and do not require prior knowledge.

    Ageless Grace is designed to be done sitting, or from a wheel chair.

  • Wear something comfortable that you can move in. This can be an exercise outfit, yoga wear, or simply loose fitting pants and a t-shirt.

  • We always try to breathe through the nose, and not the mouth.

    Breathing through the nose rather than the mouth is emphasized because it activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which reduces stress and calms the mind, while breathing through the mouth tends to activate the fight-or-flight system.

  • Like they say, fake it ‘till you make it.

    Laughter reduces cortisol and fills you with endorphins, improves your physical health, elevates your mood, connects you with the joy of the present moment.
